CA & 49 State VTX Differences

The following information is from Honda’s parts catalog for the 2002 VTX 1800C. I’m not sure what differences exist for the R model besides the two O2 sensors and their plugs in the wire harness.
All part numbers are taken from Honda’s OEM parts fiche.

#50328-MCH-770 has two threaded mounting holes for the purge control solenoid
#32100-MCH-672 has no receiving plugs for the o2 sensor or the purge control solenoid
#50100-MCH-770 has two EVAP canister mounting tabs under the back of the frame
#18420-MCH-000 has the O2 sensor bung
#18305-MHC-770 contains the three stage catalytic converter
I have found on the 1300 that the differences (other than having the “extra” parts) is the carb. The carb on the 49 state has two less ports on it. They are mainly vents and must be blocked off for removal of the emissions crap
